What we collect
Turner Tools (车工计算器) requires no account and sends no calculation inputs, results, machine profiles, or usage history to the developer. The app includes no ads, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos.
Data stored on your device
Dimensions, tool drafts, undo and edit history, saved calculations, machine profiles, language, and appearance preferences stay in the app’s local sandbox. Device backups may include these files according to your Apple settings. The developer cannot access those backups.
Exporting, importing, and sharing
Only when you choose to do so does the app use the system file picker to import a backup, or the save and share interface to send a backup to a location or recipient you select. Copying results writes to the system clipboard only after you tap Copy. Exported files may include your part names, operations, notes, and machine profiles; store and share them carefully.
Website and support contact
The support website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and contains no developer-added analytics scripts, advertising, trackers, or forms. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and other necessary connection or security logs under its own privacy policy. If you email support, email services process your address and the information you provide. We use that information only to reply and help resolve your issue. Do not send unnecessary personal information or confidential machining data.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete individual saved records, uninstall the app, or remove its data through the operating system. Uninstalling does not remove exported files or system backups; manage those separately. Support emails are retained as needed to handle your request. Email us to request deletion of support information received by the developer, except where retention is required by law.
Children and tracking
The app is intended for workshop and engineering calculations, is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. The app does not track activity across apps or sell personal data.
Changes and contact
We update this policy and its date when features or data practices change. For privacy questions, data requests, or support, contact turnertool@163.com.
